You will work on challenging procurement projects for German-speaking markets, collaborate with international stakeholders and help leading businesses optimise their sourcing strategies and achieve significant savings.

What will you do?
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, category plans and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and favourable commercial terms
- Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on their capabilities and business requirements
- Analyse procurement data, identify savings opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Manage procurement projects and collaborate with international stakeholders and suppliers
- Support category managers and contribute to successful project delivery
- Share your expertise and support the development of junior colleagues

Požadavky

What do we expect?
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or purchasing
- Advanced German and English for daily professional use
- Practical experience with supplier negotiations and sourcing activities
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Proactive approach, problem-solving skills and good communication
- Experience with MRO and CAPEX procurement is an advantage
