We’re looking for a passionate Payroll Specialist to join a fast-growing company and help shape a seamless, accurate, and people-focused payroll experience.

✨ What will you do?
* Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll cycle for a designated country or company
* Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across the entire process, from Source to Gross and Gross to Net
* Support payroll accounting and tackle complex payroll queries
* Coordinate vendor operations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to new payroll setups

Contract for limited period with possibility of extension

Požadavky

* Experience in Payroll processes & systems
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Solid knowledge of payroll-related regulations and processes, including taxation, labor law, social security, wage garnishments, pensions, employee benefits, and terminations
* Strong analytical and statistical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
