Are you a detail-oriented marketing or communications professional who enjoys bringing campaigns and content to life? Would you like to support global events and work in a fast-paced, international environment?

Responsibilities:
- Build and format marketing emails using established templates and provided content
- Create and prepare social media posts based on provided messaging and creative direction
- Support the Communications Manager with day-to-day campaign and communications execution
- Support communications for live events, including attendee updates, promotional messaging, and other time-sensitive requests
- Coordinate smaller communications deliverables from intake through completion
- Proofread and quality-check communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting, links, and dates
- Maintain communications calendars, content trackers, and supporting documentation
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, particularly during active event periods

Limited contract
Start: November 2026

Požadavky

- Previous experience from the same or similiar role min. 2 years
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and common marketing collaboration tools
- Fluent English min. B2+
- Knowledge of CRM is a great advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented and proactive approach
