We are searching for a Principal SAP Security Architect to spearhead our defense strategy, blend deep technical execution with high-level advisory, and directly influence executive decision-making. In this high-impact position, you will bridge the gap between hands-on security testing and overarching strategy, protecting our critical infrastructure while enabling business growth. ?

How You Will Make an Impact ⚡
Strategic Advisory: Serve as the go-to technical authority for leadership, architects, and engineering teams on all matters related to SAP cybersecurity. ?

Offensive Security & Risk Analysis: Direct SAP vulnerability assessments, execute simulated attack campaigns (Red Teaming), and pinpoint systemic gaps and misconfigurations. ?

Architecture & Standards: Craft robust security baselines, technical standards, and resilient security frameworks tailored for both legacy SAP ECC/R3 and modern S/4HANA systems. ?️

Roadmap Ownership: Help establish and execute the long-term SAP security roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives. ?️

Controls & Governance: Modernize authorization concepts, identity and access management (IAM), and data protection mechanisms across complex landscapes. ?

Executive Communication: Translate intricate technical vulnerabilities into actionable risk insights for senior executive leadership. ?️

Threat Intelligence: Track emerging SAP exploits, cyber threats, and security trends to continuously adapt our defense posture. ?

What You Bring to the Team ?
Work Permit Eligibility: Must have free access to the Czech labor market (EU/EEA citizen, holder of permanent residence, graduate of a Czech university, or citizen of exempt countries like US, UK, CA, AU, etc.).

? 5+ Years of Hands-on Expertise: Proven background in SAP security engineering, vulnerability testing, and offensive assessments.
?Core Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of SAP authorization models, hardeners, secure configurations, and baseline controls.
?️Dual-Environment Savvy: Demonstrated success engineering security frameworks for both SAP ECC/R3 and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
?Broad Cyber Awareness: Solid foundation in enterprise IAM, network architecture, and data privacy principles.
?Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into enterprise strategy and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders.
?Communication & Language: Outstanding presentation skills with full professional fluency in English.

?Bonus Points If You Have:
?Official SAP certifications (Security or Enterprise Architecture).
?Prior advisory or management consulting experience in enterprise security.
?A track record of executing large-scale security transformations in complex global environments.
