We are looking for a Senior AI Security Architect to design and advance AI security architecture within a global technology environment.

You will design AI security architecture, define security requirements, assess risks, and guide teams in designing and implementing secure AI solutions.
Working closely with technology experts and senior stakeholders, you will help translate security challenges into practical solutions and strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities:
- Act as an AI Security Subject Matter Expert for technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Define AI security requirements, standards, and baselines based on industry best practices
- Perform AI security threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews- Design enterprise AI security architecture, including target-state design, gap analysis, and roadmap planning
- Assess AI security technologies and recommend suitable solutions based on business and security needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve security controls and enable secure AI adoption

Požadavky

Your profile:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Extensive experience in security architecture, cybersecurity controls, and enterprise security environments
- Proven experience defining or implementing AI security frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Strong understanding of AI security threats, attack vectors, and risk assessment methodologies, including MITRE ATLAS and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, CSA, MITRE, OWASP, or similar
- Knowledge of key security domains including Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, and Application Security
- Experience evaluating AI security solutions and emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills and English at B2/C1 level for daily professional communication within an international team

Nice to have:
- Offensive security experience or relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSEE, GXPN)
- Experience with AI Red Teaming methodologies or certifications
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
