As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
* Manage your own portfolio of customers and build long-term relationships
* Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service
* Guide customers throughout the entire order-to-cash process
* Assist with order entry, purchase orders, logistics, deliveries, and related inquiries
* Handle customer requests, maintain accurate records, and complete administrative tasks
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
* Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous process improvements
* Proactively identify and resolve customer issues while providing professional advice and support
Contract: 1 year with a possibility of prolongation
Start: immediately

Požadavky
* Fluent ENGLISH min. B2+ in oral and written form
* Knowledge of FRENCH, GERMAN or ITALIAN min. B2
* Experience from corporate environment
* communication skills
* Previous customer service work experience or administration
* Ability to work under pressure
