We are seeking a dynamic Junior HR Specialist to join our client's team.
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Manage day-to-day HR internal processes and employee communication
- Support implementation and coordination of HR programs and initiatives
- Participate in HR projects such as process standardization and benefits alignment
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, resolving HR-related queries
- Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Support compensation & benefits projects in cooperation with HR Business Partners
- Assist with mobility programs and HR delivery activities
- Contribute to implementation of changes in collective bargaining agreements
- Provide support and training to HR community stakeholders
Požadavky
- Previous experience in HR is preferred; experience in Customer Service or Administration is also welcome
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Fluent German (C1) and English (C1), plus one additional EU language (Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or French) -required
- Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits processes is a plus
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
