Business Intelligence Analyst | Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Náplň práce

- Work with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, ERP/MES systems, and manufacturing KPIs to deliver business-critical insights
- Own the functional development of a global Performance Management platform and drive continuous improvements
- Design intuitive dashboards and reports covering OEE, inventory, lead times, productivity, quality, and scrap rates
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data across operational systems
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Support data-driven decision-making across international manufacturing sites

Požadavky

- Experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Performance Management
- Background in manufacturing, automotive, production, supply chain, or logistics
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, lead time, inventory, quality, and scrap
- Experience working with ERP and/or MES systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
