Do you enjoy working with people, solving complex cases, and improving processes? We're looking for someone who wants to build a career in HR Operations while taking ownership of payroll processes for an international company.
What you’ll do:
* Take ownership of the payroll process for one country or legal entity
* Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with local legislation
* Support payroll accounting and resolve more complex employee and stakeholder queries
* Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders across different teams
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to new payroll implementations and projects
Contract for limited period with possibility of extension

Požadavky
* Previous experience in payroll, HR operations, shared services, or a similar administrative role
* Good understanding of payroll processes and employment legislation
* English and Spanish at a professional working level
* Knowledge of areas such as taxes, social security, benefits, pensions, terminations, or garnishments is an advantage
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to improve existing processes
