What You'll Do:
* Manage end-to-end workplace accommodation cases, ensuring a smooth and compliant process
* Review accommodation requests and assess eligibility in line with company policies and applicable legislation
* Partner with internal teams to identify appropriate workplace solutions
* Communicate accommodation decisions and coordinate implementation with all relevant stakeholders
* Act as a trusted advisor on workplace accommodations, return-to-work processes, and disability-related matters
* Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely updates in internal systems
* Deliver guidance and training to employees, managers, and HR partners on accommodation processes
* Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting service level agreements and quality standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects.

Požadavky
* Experience in HR, Employee Relations, Leave of Absence, Benefits, or a similar employee support function
* Fluency in French and English
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Customer-focused mindset
* Knowledge of workplace accommodation or disability legislation is an advantage
