What you’ll do:
- Implement and execute bioreactor development activities, including setup, operation, and associated analysis of cell culture in bioreactor processes
- Run general bioreactor operations, such as sterilization and setting up cultivation processes, to maintain the run schedule. 
- Design and perform experiments focused on mammalian cell growth in bioreactors.
- Support upstream process development and process optimization.
- Monitor cultivation performance and analyze process-related data.
- Maintain accurate records, experimental documentation, and test results.
- Collaborate with multiple team members to support project execution and project management.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support process development activities.
- Identify technical challenges and contribute to potential solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of bioreactor processes and operational workflows.

Požadavky

Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cell Biology/Biochemistry/Chemical Engineering/Bioengineering/Biomedical/Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in upscaling processes in bioreactor systems. 
- Relevant industrial experience with upscaling processes in bioreactor systems.
- Experience working in an aseptic environment.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture. Experience with MSCs, iPS cells, or CHO cells is an advantage.
- Experience with GMP manufacturing.
- Experience working with third parties, including equipment vendors and contract manufacturing partners for insourcing or outsourcing activities.
- Project management skills, including experience with strategic and tactical planning.
- Ability to motivate peers and team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose potential solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Responsible, creative, highly committed, organized, and a strong team player.
- Fast learner with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic R&D environment.
