This is a unique opportunity to combine AI, analytics, and business impact while partnering directly with Finance, IT, and Operations leaders in an international SaaS environment.
* Build and improve KPIs/metrics for Contracts & Billing operations
* Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot) to analyse NetSuite and Salesforce data
* Create dashboards, reports, and decision-ready insights
* Identify root causes and drive process improvements
* Analyse Salesforce tickets/cases (trends, ageing, recurring issues)
* Detect billing issues, revenue leakage, disputes, and re-bill trends
* Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, and Commercial teams
* Support NetSuite and ticketing system improvements
* Deliver monthly KPI and operational reporting to leadership
* Ensure compliance with operational policies and audit requirements
* Promote continuous improvement and responsible AI usage
* Support efficient global Contracts & Billing operations
Start: immediately
Contract: 3 months with a possibility of prolongation / transfer into another role
Požadavky
* Strong practical AI experience in SaaS finance/operations (AI-driven reporting, metrics, O2C/billing analytics)
* Experience with enterprise AI tools like Claude/Copilot (prompting, workflows, agents)
* Good knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
* Salesforce reporting and ticket/case analysis skills
* Experience building KPI frameworks and improving billing/O2C performance
* Understanding of contracts, billing, and revenue operations in SaaS/subscription business
* Experience working with distributed/global finance or operations teams
* Advanced Excel skills
* Fluent English, min. B2+ in both oral and written form
