Are you an expert in FinOps or RevOps who has already mastered the art of using AI to solve complex data puzzles? Our client, a global powerhouse in the SaaS space, is looking for a "Special Ops" Lead to modernize their global billing and contract operations using cutting-edge AI tools.
? The Mission
You will be the architect of a new, AI-driven measurement framework. Your goal is to eliminate revenue leakage and drive "First-Time-Right" invoicing by turning raw data from NetSuite and Salesforce into actionable intelligence.
?️ What you will do
? AI-Driven Analytics: Use tools like Claude and CoPilot to query enterprise systems and build repeatable, automated reporting workflows.
? Metric Development: Define and refine the headline KPIs for global Contracts & Billing.
? Root-Cause Analysis: Dive into Salesforce tickets to identify themes, ageing, and bottlenecks, then fix them.
? Strategic Partnership: Work alongside IT, Data, and Commercial teams to ensure systems are "AI-ready" and optimized for accuracy.
? Performance Coaching: Help the global team (CZ & India) level up their AI fluency and operational excellence.
? The Opportunity
This is a 3-month sprint to set the foundation for the future of the department. For the right candidate, this interim project serves as a "front door" to a long-term position within the organization, leading broader transformation and AI initiatives.

A SaaS Finance Expert: Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and subscription billing.
AI Power-User: You don't just talk about AI; you know how to build prompts, agents, and data workflows using Claude/LLMs.
System Savvy: Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is essential.
Action-Oriented: You don't just provide reports; you provide solutions that reduce credit notes and disputes.
Fluent in English: To collaborate with global leadership.
