Stop managing legacy silos and start architecting the future. Our client—a global leader in high-performance engineering—is launching a flagship Data & AI Center of Excellence in Prague. We need a technical visionary to serve as the master planner of a world-class analytical ecosystem. This is a greenfield opportunity to transform data into a massive strategic weapon.
The Technical Mission
?️ Architect the Enterprise DNA – Design and own the global data model. You’ll be the authority on Relational, Dimensional, and Data Vault structures to support diverse, high-impact use cases.
? Operationalize AI & Analytics – You aren't just drawing diagrams. You will review, optimize, and productionize models proposed by Data Engineers and Scientists to ensure they are scalable and high-performing.
?️ Full-Stack Data Ownership – Lead the evolution of the BI platform architecture—from raw ingestion layers to sophisticated executive presentation layers.
?️ Strategic Governance – Implement the blueprints for data quality, security, and availability, ensuring every design adheres to GDPR and SOX standards by default.
? Tech Leadership – Define the "game plan" and best practices for the hub, translating complex business requirements into elegant, innovative technical solutions.
Požadavky
Your Technical Toolkit
Modeling Virtuoso: Deep, demonstrated expertise in multiple modeling techniques (Relational, Dimensional, and ideally Data Vault).
Systems Expert: Master’s degree in CS, Business Intelligence, or equivalent. You understand the "why" behind the infrastructure.
Agile Delivery: Proven experience navigating complex, fast-paced Agile environments with conflicting deadlines.
Communication: Ability to defend architectural decisions in English and deliver executive-level presentations. (French or Portuguese is a major technical/collaboration asset).
The "Bonus" Edge: Experience with SAP ecosystems or high-performance engineering data is a significant plus.
