We are looking for a confident and well-rounded HR Business Partner to join a Global Business Centre in Prague and play a key role in shaping people strategy and delivering impactful HR solutions.

Your Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across assigned business units. You will translate business needs into HR initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-added HR services in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals, including talent planning, performance management, and succession planning
- Support leaders in building engaged, high-performing teams through initiatives such as the annual engagement cycle
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends and contribute to competitive reward strategies
- Design and implement learning & development initiatives to support internal talent growth
- Lead and manage complex employee relations topics, including investigations and disciplinary processes
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic HR guidance and day-to-day support to stakeholders
- Deliver training sessions and presentations on HR policies, processes, and programs
- Ensure full compliance with Czech labor law and internal policies
Požadavky
Your Profile
- 5–7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Experience in a corporate, international and matrix environment is highly preferred
- Czech/ Slovak native, English – advanced level
- Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
