MASTER DATA SPECIALIST

Do you have hands-on experience with master data in SAP or another ERP system?

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer master data in SAP
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts, including contacts, pricing, discounts and rebates
- Working with CRM systems
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy and compliance
- Identifying and resolving data quality issues, including data cleansing activities
- Supporting mass data updates (e.g. product or service launches)
- Proposing process improvements and optimizations
- Cooperating closely with Customer Service teams and key stakeholders
- Participating in testing of new tools and reporting solutions
- Handling large volumes of customer-related data, including initial data clean-up and setting up clear guidelines

Start: immediately
Salary: 65 000 - 70 000 CZK/month
Location: Prague 8

Požadavky

- At least 1–2 years of experience in Master Data (ERP, ideally SAP – customer or vendor data)
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Interest in automation is a plus
- Knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
