A dynamic, forward-thinking international player that is currently scaling its digital ecosystem and looking for a technical powerhouse to join the team as a ServiceNow Platform Specialist. Your mission on the platform will be:
- Architecting Connectivity: Building, refining, and maintaining mission-critical integrations into the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure a "Single Source of Truth." ?
- Infrastructure Mastery: Configuring and optimizing the backbone of the platform, including MID Servers, Data Fabric, APIs, and Import Sets.
- Data Orchestration: Implementing sophisticated transform maps, attribute mappings, and leveraging IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) rules to keep the database pristine.
?️Performance Troubleshooting: Investigating complex integration bottlenecks and driving initiatives to boost overall data quality and platform health.
- Strategic Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between CMDB Architects, Source Owners, and ITSM Process Owners to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Innovation & Automation: Championing continuous improvement in integration architecture, finding ways to automate the mundane and elevate the complex. ?

Požadavky

What you bring to the table:
- Legal Eligibility: You must hold free access to the Czech labor market (EU citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit/visa) as per Czech labor law. ??
- Proven Track Record: Around 2–3 years of hands-on experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a deep dive into CMDB, MID Servers, and the IRE framework.
- Technical Literacy: A rock-solid understanding of modern infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud environments, and client systems. ?
- Scripting Proficiency: JavaScript (ServiceNow API), as well as experience with automation tools and REST/SOAP integrations is a MUST!
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a passion for stability, clean data architecture, and iterative "kaizen" improvements. ?
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex "tech-speak" into clear insights for cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (B2+ level) is essential for daily international collaboration.
Great-to-haves (The "Bonus Points"):
- Certifications: Holding CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑CMDB, or CAD credentials will definitely set you apart!
Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM frameworks.
- Automation Enthusiast: Previous experience driving large-scale automation projects.
