We are looking for a new team member to provide high-quality HR services and support to employees and managers across the EMEA region.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation and delivery of HR solutions within the assigned area across EMEA.
- Handle and escalate HR requests related to the employee lifecycle; review and approve transactions as needed.
- Use HR technologies and internal resources to provide accurate information and support to both employees and managers.
- Conduct audits and transaction validations; ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data.
- Continuously improve processes: reduce resolution time and minimize recurring queries.

Contract: 12m
Požadavky
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience managing HR processes within a defined area.
- Familiarity with processes throughout the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems – especially Workday
