Senior Data Team Lead / Clinical Data Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Team Lead to lead end-to-end clinical data management delivery across single or multiple studies. You will ensure high-quality results, strong client collaboration, and successful project execution within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full clinical data management lifecycle for studies or programs
* Deliver high-quality data management outputs on time and within scope
* Act as the main contact for clients on data management deliverables
* Lead project planning, execution, and close-out activities
* Provide leadership, guidance, and issue escalation for Data Management teams
* Review and approve Data Management Plans (DMPs)
* Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and contracts
* Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements
* Support financial tracking, scope management, and change requests
* Maintain audit-ready study documentation
* Mentor and support junior Data Team Leads

Start date: immediately
Contract for 9 months

Požadavky

* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in life sciences, health sciences, or related field
* At least 7 years of independent lead experience in clinical data management
* At least 4 years of experience managing budgets and client negotiations
* Solid understanding of GCP and clinical development processes
* Familiarity with Data Management and Project Management concepts
* Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
