Are you passionate about supporting employees through meaningful workplace adjustments? Join our team as an Accommodation Consultant, where you’ll play a key role in guiding employees and leadership through the accommodation process with empathy, precision, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review accommodations for compliance and safety.
- Serve as subject matter expert on disability legislation and accommodation processes.
- Manage full-cycle accommodation cases.
- Coordinate with leave case managers for smooth transitions.

Communicate outcomes and distribute Job Accommodation Records.

Guide HR and employees on complex RTW scenarios.

Handle high-volume caseloads with accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and system updates.
- Deliver training to staff and HR.

Liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Contract for 12 months
Požadavky
- Fluency in Romanian and English.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
