As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. You will be the first point of contact for many candidates, helping to shape their first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate travel arrangements for visiting candidates
- Support benefit delivery across European countries
- Respond to employee and vendor queries
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Požadavky
- Background in reception, customer service, or coordination
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
