? For a stable, rapidly growing international client, we are looking for an experienced professional within E2E Recruitment.
Place of work: Prague
Start: August
Contract: Unlimited but on freelance/IČO/contractor
? Are you an experienced, independent Recruitrer with at least 5 years of experience? We are not looking for a manager, but an independent Recruitment Lead.
? We are looking for someone with high-volume experience, ideally with a track of recruiting on a number of branches/entities across Europe.
?? If you also speak German, that would be a massive advantage!

? Your daily responsibilities will be:
? - Daily communication with hiring managers across 15 branches in EMEA, including DACH
? - Sourcing candidates, talent attraction
- Planning and conducting interviews online, CV-pre selection and introduction to the managers
? - Scheduling interviews with hiring managers, mainly white-collar administrative positions in Sales and administration (sales terrain and also office jobs; customer service, accounting, HR etc.)
- Working with ATS and sourcing tools for candidate processing and attraction
? - Communication with a number of recruitment agencies across EMEA
? - Preparing candidates for interviews, possible case studies or testing of their experience
- Leading and coordinating the recruitment process from A-Z (sourcing ➡️ offer management)
- Direct reporting to the Head of EMEA HR
Požadavky
What you need to have already:
- According to the Czech labour law, you need to hold a valid work-permit
- We are NOT looking for a people manager, but an independent Recruitment Lead
- High level of independence, proactiveness, and ownership of responsibilities, someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment without needing close direction
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business units, ideally in a high-volume and/or international setting
- Proven experience in independently managing the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to offer management; ideally from a corporate environment
- Experience in recruiting white-collar professionals, especially in administrative areas
Strong sourcing skills across various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, etc.) you will be aiming mainly for passive profiles
- Experience working with or coordinating external recruitment agencies, ideally across multiple European regions
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills – ability to communicate with hiring managers and HR partners across 15+ branches in EMEA
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to handle multiple open roles across regions and departments.
Advantages:
- Fluent German at least on a B2 level
- Direct experience in Healthcare industry (healthcare technologies)
