Senior Purchasing Analyst #Romanian - international work environment.

Are you fluent in Romanian and English and you have proven expertise in strategic purchasing?

As a Strategic Buyer, your role will involve:

o Assisting category managers with strategy development, sourcing execution, and strategic planning.

o Engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.

o Designing and executing negotiation strategies, identifying key levers, validating approaches with stakeholders, and leading negotiations to optimize savings and ensure timely supply.

o Evaluating vendors, assessing their capabilities, and ensuring they meet business needs.

o Continuously working to enhance operational efficiency.

o Overseeing supplier selection and procurement activities to support business growth.

o Mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional development.

o Contributing to company-building initiatives, including talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.

Požadavky

What you already have:
- Advanced English and Romanian in Spoken and Written form (B2+)
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic or tactical buying
- Experience with sourcing, and negotiation activities
- Some management or team-lead experience is preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple procurement projects at once
- TQM, Six Sigma, or APEX is a plus
