For a stable, rapidly growing international client, we are looking for an experienced professional within SAP HR / SAP HCM with an SSC Payroll background, who wants to grow within an operational / technical role.

As a Senior SAP HCM Solutions Consultant, you’ll translate complex payroll requirements into robust system designs, ensuring smooth, compliant operations across multiple countries.

?️ Core Role
You’ll architect, build and refine our SAP HCM payroll solution for your assigned portfolio of European markets. Working autonomously, you’ll balance priorities, drive technical analysis, oversee ABAP debugging (and development when needed), configure system components, and validate functionality through rigorous testing.

? Key Responsibilities
✍️ Design & Analysis: Translate business requirements into scalable SAP HCM payroll solutions, crafting detailed technical specs for one or more European regions.
⚙️ Development & Debugging: Leverage ABAP skills to troubleshoot and extend payroll functionality, ensuring high performance and reliability.
? Configuration & Testing: Implement configurations per best practices, execute test plans, and document outcomes to guarantee solution quality.
? Collaboration: Partner with Solution Managers and cross-functional teams to balance feature richness, ease of deployment, usability, and strict adherence to local regulations.
? Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation and conform to established methodologies throughout all project phases.

Požadavky

? Required Skills & Experience

? Deep SAP HCM Payroll Know-How: Proven track record in technical design, configuration, and testing of SAP payroll module for European markets.
?️ ABAP Proficiency: Solid debugging skills; hands-on coding experience is a strong plus.
? Multilingual Communication: Fluent English; additional European language(s) a big advantage.
?️ Self-Management: Able to own deliverables end-to-end with minimal oversight.
? Adaptability & Learning Agility: Quick to embrace new processes, tools, and evolving team setups.
⏱️ Flexibility: Willing to adjust working hours to span multiple time zones.
? Attention to Detail: Methodical approach to complex problem solving.
