We are looking for a temporary Administrative Support Assistant to join an international company during the summer months. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and are confident communicating in English, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
What will you do?
- Create and maintain a database of company vehicle orders
- Review and record order information (vehicles, leasing companies, equipment specifications, configurations, and current order status)
- Archive and manage documentation related to each vehicle order
- Communicate with leasing companies and the internal Fleet team
- Work with Microsoft Office applications (primarily Excel and Outlook) and SharePoint
- Provide occasional support to the Fleet team during holiday periods
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4–6 hours per day (flexible scheduling throughout the week)
Location: Prague 8 – Palmovka
Salary: CZK 300 per hour
There is a possibility to extend the temporary assignment until the end of the year based on mutual agreement.
Požadavky
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a conscientious approach to work
