Translations Project Manager | PART TIME

We are seeking an experienced Translations Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of translation and localization projects across multiple clients and programs. You will ensure high-quality linguistic deliverables, strong client and vendor collaboration, and successful project execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

What you will be responsible for:
* Managing translation and localization projects from kick-off to delivery
* Coordinating clients, linguists, and internal teams
* Planning and tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources
* Ensuring quality standards and process compliance across projects
* Identifying and resolving issues, changes, and escalations
* Managing project finances including quotes, budgets, and invoicing
* Preparing project documentation, tracking, and status reports
* Working with TMS and CAT tools and maintaining linguistic assets
* Supporting and mentoring junior Project Managers

Start date: immediately

Contract for limited period with possibility of prolongation

Požadavky

* Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within the Language Services industry
* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Hands-on experience with TMS and CAT tools (XTRF and/or memoQ highly advantageous)
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
