Service center company located in polish Krakow is looking for suitable candidates for position of CUSTOMER ADVISOR.

Your main duties are:
- providing support and consultancy related to content on Client accounts
- answering to the Clients, resolving problems
- maintaining and developing of business relation with Business Partners
- preparing internal reports for Clients
- increasing of quality service (process improvement)

Požadavky

- higher education degree
- fluent Czech or Slovak language and good English skills
- knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems (Outlook)
- excellent communication and interpersonal and analytical skills
- good adaptability and flexibility skills
- experience in Customer Service will be an asset
- MOVING TO POLAND IS A MUST
